Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between the User and gemsbet, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By accessing, registering or using any part of the gemsbet platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — the User is deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms.

If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User must stop using the gemsbet platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

These Terms are read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy of gemsbet, which form part of the overall agreement between the User and gemsbet.

Eligibility and Account Registration

gemsbet account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration;
• Not on any active self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition order;
• Registering under their own name and not on behalf of another individual;
• Providing accurate, correct and current information during the registration process.

gemsbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period may be suspended or terminated. Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

gemsbet supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount for each transaction is RM50 regardless of the chosen method. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved, subject to any required checks.

All funds in a gemsbet account belong to the User and are used solely for betting purposes within the platform. gemsbet is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered payment account details are accurate and up to date.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

gemsbet offers a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM888 on a new user's first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Other promotions available from time to time — including weekly VIP cashback, birthday bonuses, referral programmes and special promotions — each have their own terms that will be stated when the promotion is launched. gemsbet reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other players — may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in their account. This includes:

• Keeping their username and password confidential, and not sharing login details with any party;
• Notifying gemsbet immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation;
• Ensuring that all personal information provided to gemsbet is accurate and up to date;
• Using the gemsbet platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any unlawful purpose, money laundering or fraud;
• Complying with all laws and regulations applicable to them as an individual in their jurisdiction of residence.

Users also agree that they are betting using personally owned funds obtained through lawful means and not funds that are borrowed or obtained through unlawful means.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gemsbet platform and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where necessary:

• Use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempts to hack, infiltrate or disrupt gemsbet's security systems;
• Fraud in any form, including the use of stolen credit card or bank account information;
• Opening an account using a false identity or on behalf of another individual without lawful authorisation;
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unlawful advantage;
• Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful or that infringes the rights of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

gemsbet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, gemsbet makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

gemsbet is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance;
• Internet connection or device failures on the User's end;
• Disputed game outcomes, provided the platform has functioned correctly;
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the gemsbet customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any valid cash balance — after all applicable wagering requirements have been met — will be processed for withdrawal.

gemsbet reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• The user has violated any of the terms in this document;
• gemsbet suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The user registered using false information;
• The user is proven to be under 21 years of age;
• The user has applied for self-exclusion through the platform or any recognised gambling protection scheme.

Amendments to Terms

gemsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notifications, registered email, or announcements on the official gemsbet website.

Users are encouraged to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of this agreement. The "effective" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.

If a user disagrees with any amendment, they should stop using the gemsbet platform and may close their account by contacting our support team.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gemsbet's licence is issued. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or legal proceedings in a competent court within that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted as narrowly as possible or removed, while all other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
